Job open for : Country Manager France (Consultant) Region : France For a leading consultancy firm, we are looking for an experienced Country Manager with knowledge of maintenance and asset management to lead the French team as a General Manager. Are you a professional with relevant work experience, preferably in reliability engineering or maintenance management? Do you have the skills to convey your technical expertise and translate client needs into the best solutions? clearly and convincingly What is also especially important : Are you the person who can make the difference in expanding the number of clients in France. Then you might be the new Country Manager Important to know : You will have to be a 100% match on all three aspects : Maintenance & Asset Management knowledge and experience : This is crucial to succeed in the business. Without hands-on experience in this area, it will be very difficult to independently execute and / or sell projects. Consultancy experience : This experience is necessary to understand how projects with and for clients should be approached and to be able to partially execute them yourself. Sales network : An existing or accessible network is required, based on experience, for example in industry or infrastructure. About the Organization An internationally operating consultancy firm with its headquarters in the Netherlands, specializing in Maintenance & Asset Management. The team, consisting of more than 40 consultants, operates from various locations worldwide and supports leading companies in sectors such as oil & chemicals, food & beverages, life sciences, industry, energy, public transport, ports, roads, and maritime industries. The organization is known for its proprietary methodology, which has been successfully implemented in over 1,000 companies. The Role General Objectives : General management of a team of up to 15 consultants. Business development to grow the country team in line with the strategy of the company in France. Acting also as an Executive Consultant Tasks & Responsibilities : Using existing sales networks, setting up new sales channels. Setting up and executing cold sales strategy for the country in close cooperation with the general sales leader. Managing deployment of team members on projects in close cooperation with Management Team members. Developing the knowledge and skills of the consultants based on agreements in performance and half-year reviews. Managing employee satisfaction based on personal contact with consultants and in close cooperation with the People Development Manager. Organizing teambuilding and communication with consultants in your team. Actively managing idle time activities of all country team members. Actively participating in recruitment and assessment of new applicants. Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong vision on Maintenance & Asset Management. You should have : Master of Science degree or equivalent education and experience. Language proficiency : native speaker French, English at least B2 (CEFR reference). Willingness to travel for work during weekdays. Track-record in Sales. Furthermore as an advantage : Practical experience with various maintenance and asset management methodologies Well-developed presentation skills Passion for asset and maintenance management and the ability to persuasively communicate your ideas Project management skills Strong analytical abilities What’s Offered?
