Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Key Account Executive with a strong background in selling complex technological solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to navigate long and consultative sales cycles, engage with multiple stakeholders, and deliver high-value solutions tailored to client needs. Responsibilities Achieve turnover and gross margin objectives on the assigned sales targets Develop and maintain strong long-lasting client relationships Architect a comprehensive sales strategy Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Vusions solutions according to customer needs and objectives. Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) Prepare reports on account status Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed Manage tenders, RFPs and commercial proposals in close collaboration with internal departments (product managers, after-sales services, installations, deployment, etc.). Qualifications Minimum 5 years in a similar role with a proven track record in attaining/exceeding account management and sales goals Proven experience selling complex technical hardware and software solutions preferably to customers in the retail industry In-depth knowledge of the retail industry and its current events Demonstrable ability to communicate present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization including executive and C-level Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills Fluent French and English required Benefits We innovate.
