We’re building Alan’s Clinic, a comprehensive health services platform connecting members with a diverse team of health professionals (therapists, doctors, physiotherapists, and more) who provide personalised, immediate care through chat and video consultations. As a Software Engineer on the Clinic crew, you’ll build the member experience, the operations stack that empowers health professionals, and the underlying platform that makes it all possible. Responsibilities Develop and scale our advanced telemedicine product from various perspectives. Build member‑facing features, operations infrastructure, and platform components to directly impact thousands of members each day. Scale preventive care: Build platform infrastructure that pro‑actively supports members' health. Qualifications Member‑facing product expertise – understand what it takes to build delightful user experiences at scale. Proficient with TypeScript and Python in a cross‑platform environment; familiar with modern web technologies; proficient in OOP using Python, Java, Swift, Kotlin, and C#. Clear career progression – increasing responsibility, scope, and impact over time. Humble and willing to learn. Fluent in English. What makes you stand out Experience building digital health products in a fast‑paced environment. Mobile development experience (React Native); members live on mobile.
