What you’ll build A global onboarding platform serving 1M+ members across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada. Smart automation for life’s big moments (adding family members, retirement, company transitions) that reduces friction and delights users. Join a team redefining what insurance interactions should feel like We’re looking for Engineers with 3+ years of experience to help us scale our engineering community from different perspectives (product, tech, and internal organization). Ability to tackle high‑impact, high‑risk projects involving many engineers. Design efficient systems and engineering practices that facilitate interactions between multiple teams and products. Mentor other engineers and lead crews. Contribute to hiring and shape candidates’ hiring experience. Qualifications and fit Well‑versed in object‑oriented programming such as Python, Java, C#. Enthusiastic about web technologies such as modern JavaScript. Willing to work in Python/JavaScript (no strict prerequisite). Passionate about building products; self‑starting and entrepreneurial. Humble, collaborative, and eager to grow at any seniority. Fluent in English (speaking French is a plus). At least 2 years of software engineering experience.
