We are currently looking for a Technical Account Manager Architect in France.In this role, you will act as a strategic technical advisor to enterprise customers, guiding them through onboarding, production launches, and complex deployments. You will provide architectural and technical expertise, manage escalations, and ensure clients derive maximum value from their systems. This position combines consultative account management with hands-on support, requiring collaboration with engineering, product, and sales teams. You will also lead projects, mentor team members, and contribute to technical documentation and knowledge base resources. The role involves regular regional travel to support customers on-site and to strengthen relationships.
