Fullstack Software Engineer (x/f/m) – Ops AI Platform Join Alan in building a platform where AI agents autonomously handle operational work, connecting to every internal and external tool, trained by operators themselves and running safely at scale. About the team The Ops AI Platform team is at the frontier of AI engineering, creating a foundation that will power all AI‑driven use cases at Alan. The project just launched and you will join at ground zero, shaping the architecture, product and entire foundation. Responsibilities Design and implement the architecture to support AI agents that interact with internal tools. Build & maintain tooling for non‑technical users to create, evaluate and monitor AI agents. Ensure safety, accuracy and scalability of the platform, from a few dozen to tens of thousands of automated tasks. Influence product, code quality and system design as a senior engineer. Mentor junior engineers, contribute to product & engineering culture, and help grow the team. Qualifications 3+ years of product engineering experience, with strong full‑stack and systems architecture skills. Experience with traditional ML, LLMs, or ML‑dev‑ops is a plus. Product‑mindset: solutions are used and have measurable impact. Self‑directed, pragmatic, humble and engaged in continuous learning and teaching. Fluent in English; speaking French is not required. Fit at Alan Strong background in full‑stack software engineering with a focus on back‑end. Curiosity and high potential, eager to work on complex, high‑stakes problems. Collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork and coaching. Comfortable working in an early‑stage, fast‑moving environment.
