Principal Software Engineer - Full Stack

We are looking for a Principal Software Engineer - Full Stack (Node and Angular/Vue), to join the development team responsible for the UI and services supporting the Journey Management product in the Genesys Cloud.

Major Responsibilities/Activities:
- Design and implement major changes and new features using Node, Angular and Vue.- Develop and deploy highly available, fault-tolerant software that will help drive improvements towards the features, reliability, performance, and efficiency of Genesys Cloud.- Work with development partners to shape the architecture, design, and implementation of new and existing systems to enhance their reliability, performance, efficiency, and scalability.- Leverage AWS technologies for the delivery of solutions is a must.- Work as part of a cross-functional Agile development team.- Actively review code and provide peer feedback.- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve pain points as well as evangelize best practices.- Troubleshoot production issues and come up with solutions as required.

About You:- Experience working with AWS services, such as Lambda, Dynamo, SQS.- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.-
- Ability to rapidly learn new software, frameworks, open-source tools, and development languages.- 8+ years of software development experience with experience working with UI frameworks- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related work experience.
