Job Summary

As a
Right-hand CEO
, you will work directly with the
CEO
and leadership team, playing a
critical role in strategic decision-making, execution, and operational efficiency
. This role is perfect for a highly analytical and pragmatic individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. If you're passionate about climate tech and deep-tech, and enjoy working at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution, you'll play a key role in driving strategic initiatives, optimizing internal processes, and providing data-driven insights to support Aerleum's leadership and fuel growth.

Main Responsibilities


Strategic Planning

  • Support the development and execution of company strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses on market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
  • Identify new growth areas, operational efficiencies, and key levers to drive Aerleum's scale-up.


Operations & Execution

  • Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to define priorities and execute key initiatives.
  • Continuously identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks to improve efficiency.
  • Set and track progress on company OKRs and support global team in execution.


Investor & Partner Engagement

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and data-driven insights for investors, board members, and key stakeholders.
  • Support fundraising and non-dilutive funding efforts, including financial modeling, due diligence, and investor relationship.
  • Identify and engage with strategic partners, industry players, and public institutions to drive business growth.


Process Improvement & Internal Coordination

  • Build and improve internal processes to optimize team execution.
  • Ensure alignment across R&D, business, and operations teams.
  • Lead strategic projects that drive efficiency, scalability, and impact.

Profile

We are looking for someone with a
strong analytical mindset, execution-driven approach, and ability to structure and solve problems
.

  • Currently completing a Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • First experience in strategy consulting, VC/PE, investment banking, business analysis, or high-growth startups.
  • Structured problem solver with strong analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and business strategy.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

  • Compensation:
    competitive salary based on experience, starting at €1,000 gross/month.
