Your role at UpflowJoining Upflow as a CEO Right-Hand Intern, you're a key player in turning our vision into reality and ensuring our leadership sails smoothly. This role is designed for a driven individual eager to dive deep into strategic planning, cross-department collaboration, and executive-level communication.
Reporting directly to our Finance Director and receiving guidance from our fractional Chief of Staff, you will:
Coordinate strategic planning activities, including the animation of quarterly OKR planning sessions
Monitor our progress toward goals and spearhead initiatives to enhance transparency across the organization with data
Oversee top management and company-wide meetings and communication, prepare meeting notes, interface with internal stakeholders, and ensure follow-up
Manage & prepare communication for external stakeholders
Perform ad-hoc cross-functional projects, diving into specific topics to support a specific function of the business
This position is based in our Paris offices in Le Marais.

Proficient with spreadsheet applications, able to both handle and process large sets of data, and get into the details.
Proficient with slide presentation, able to craft compelling decks adjusted to different audiences.
Exceptionally organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
A strong communicator, comfortable interfacing with stakeholders at all levels.
Proactive and eager to take on responsibilities, with an eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
Fluent in English.

This is a paid internship, compensated 1,500 EUR per month.

3 - Home assignment review & Team interview
