Four Seasons Megève is seeking a Chef de Cuisine to supervise a team of Sous-Chefs, Chefs de Partie, Demi Chefs and Apprentices, ensuring fast and high‑quality execution of orders in a luxury dining environment.
You will oversee production, implement kitchen standards, contribute to menu development, and work across stations. Fluent French and English and legal right to work in France are required. Accommodation is provided during the trial period, with a permanent contract and employee meals.
