What You'll Do You will provide legal support to the centralised purchasing activities of Imerys Group across the EMEA region, working within a dedicated legal team. Your responsibilities include: Legal support for purchasing contracts, advising on complex transactions and cross-jurisdictional agreements, ensuring compliance with applicable laws. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts related to procurement of goods and services. Monitoring compliance with regulations, including anti-bribery, competition laws, and sanctions. Managing disputes, mitigating risks, and advising on contractual obligations. Collaborating with internal teams and external counsel, and contributing to process improvements. Qualifications And Competencies Degree in Law (French M2 or equivalent), with additional qualifications in procurement or international trade law being a plus. Minimum 3 years’ legal experience in a corporate or law firm setting, focusing on commercial contracts and dispute resolution within EMEA. Excellent communication skills, team-oriented, pragmatic, and autonomous work style. Fluency in French and English; proficiency in other EMEA languages is a plus.
