Change your job, change your workplace, change your future...We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing EMEA team in France, focused on driving sales and growth of Ricoh Spaces, our innovative SaaS Workplace Management Platform. As a Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in expanding our footprint across the EMEA region. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with C-level stakeholders, and delivering a world-class customer experience. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for Ricoh Spaces across the EMEA region Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on key markets and customer segments to grow our direct sales pipeline Establish a structured sales approach including forecasting, performance tracking, and pipeline management Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at C-level, ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales cycle Lead client meetings, product demos, proposals, and commercial negotiations to close high-value deals Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive activity, and growth opportunities, feeding into marketing and sales strategy Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Pre‑Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, and IT – and lead on cross‑border RFPs where required What We Are Looking For A degree in Business, IT, or equivalent commercial/technical qualifications with relevant experience (e.g. Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, Key Account Manager) Solid track record in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in a multi‑national or enterprise environment Experience managing complex sales cycles and selling into large organisations at C‑level Deep understanding of the software solutions, SaaS, or digital workplace platforms landscape Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus) Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel up to 50% across EMEA You’re proactive, goal‑driven, and a confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills Experience within workplace management solutions is preferred In Return For Your Commitment, You Can Expect A competitive salary package Industry leading benefits Ricoh is an exceptional place to work.
