Context Within the HQ Lacoste Client & Data team, the Customer Analytics team ensures that all strategic and tactical decisions are driven by relevant Customer Insights. Cross‑team collaboration The other Client & Data Teams (Community Strategy team, Customer Engagement Project team) The other business teams (Campaign Management Team, Digital Flagship, Retail, etc.) The business teams in the markets (Marketing Directors & CRM Managers) The BI/IT teams Reporting Reporting directly to the Head of Customer Analytics, we are hiring a Customer Data Analyst whose principal mission is to develop customer knowledge and leverage it for business growth. Key responsibilities Provide relevant KPIs for the deployment and/or reshaping of our loyalty programs. Advise on optimal customer segments, offers, and activations based on customer behavior analysis. Measure the success of loyalty programs and all customer activations across ~15 markets. Create and design relevant reports to enable HQ and market teams to track performance. Carry out ad‑hoc analysis to help HQ and market teams (Brand Experience, Digital Flagship, Products, etc.) gain deeper customer insight. Identify growth areas through AI initiatives. Educational background Equivalent of Master (Bac +5) in Statistics / Data Science. Work experience Minimum of 5 years of experience as a data analyst, preferably in a marketing/retail environment. Required skills Solid analytical/statistical knowledge. Experience working with large databases. Proficiency in SQL / Python / R. Strong knowledge of Dataiku. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Qlik Sense). Fluency in English. Ability to transform data into actionable insights, recommendations, and explain concepts to varied audiences. Capability to manage analytical projects from start to finish autonomously (brief, methodology, presentation). Curiosity, rigor, and team spirit. Seniority level Director. Employment type Full‑time.
