Le poste

Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un(e) Customer Success Manager Data passionné(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe et devenir le garant de la réussite de nos clients dans leurs projets data marketing.

Vos missions principales
- **Offres de service** : Transformer l'excellence opérationnelle de l'agence en services compréhensibles et accessibles pour nos clients
- **Accompagnement client** : Assurer le suivi et l'accompagnement stratégique de votre portefeuille clients, de l'onboarding à la fidélisation
- **Pilotage de projets data** : Coordonner la mise en œuvre des solutions data marketing et garantir l'atteinte des objectifs clients
- **Conseil stratégique** : Proposer des recommandations data-driven pour optimiser les performances marketing des clients
- **Formation et enablement** : Former les équipes clients à l'utilisation de nos solutions et aux meilleures pratiques data marketing
- **Analyse de performance** : Suivre et analyser les KPI, produire des reportings réguliers et identifier les opportunités d'optimisation
- **Relation client** : Être l'interlocuteur privilégié des clients et développer une relation de confiance durable
- **Collaboration interne** : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes techniques, data analysts et commerciales
- **Upselling** : Identifier et développer les opportunités de croissance au sein du portefeuille clients
- **Communication** : porter la voix de Woptimo dans des conférences, webinar

Profil recherché
- Formation Bac+5 en marketing digital, data science ou école de commerceou autodidacte passionné
- 2 ans minimum d'expérience en customer success, account management ou consulting dans le domaine du marketing digital/data
- Excellente compréhension des enjeux data marketing (CRM, analytics, attribution, segmentation...)
- Maîtrise d’au moins un outil analytics
- Utilisation raisonnée des derniers outils d’IA
- Connaissance en data warehouse et/ou data engineering (outils ETL, BigQuery )
- Capacité à traduire des insights data en recommandations business
- Excellent relationnel et capacités de communication
- Orienté résultats avec un fort esprit d'analyse
- Autonomie, rigueur et sens de l'organisation
- Anglais professionnel (niveau B2 minimum)
