Integration Center Project Manager

Job Summary:
The Integration Center Project Manager (PM) will oversee IC projects in accordance with PMI standards for Project Management to ensure that the customer approves the project and the final product meets the customer agreed scope, cost and time. The Project Manager will support the sales team and customers in the deployment of technology into their corporate environments. This position involves a high degree of coordination and collaboration with various internal organizations including warehouse, integration center, outside sales teams and the customer. This role serves as the SPOC (single point of contact) for our customers. The Project Manager will understand customer requirements, verify/validate configurations and bill of materials and provide overall support from quote request to project completion.

**The IC Project Manager reports to the Program Manager - IC Delivery - Europe. This position is based in Paris - France.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: _
- Host, plan and hold kickoff calls with customer and sales team to set expectations for the project
- Act as the primary point of contact and escalation for assigned projects and liaise with customer, vendors, and IC personnel for problem resolution
- Verify stock levels of equipment in AX prior to project start and track deliverables of the project through meetings with customer and internal teams
- Coordinate with multiple resources at SHI Integration center and Warehouse to meet customer project requirements
- Coordinate with internal SHI teams to maintain consistent communication, set expectations to ensure client satisfaction.
- Validate customer configurations were approved with engineering team before the project begins; review build documentation and BOM’s for accuracy and completeness.
- Keep customers and team aware of upcoming milestones and open action items, while adjusting schedule to accommodate last minute urgent requests and changing priorities
- Record and prepare meeting minutes for all project meetings, conference calls, presentations, and other similar activities.
- Manage and drive to completion customer project action items
- Coordinate shipping and delivery with freight forwarder and data center team domestically and internationally
- Ensure escalation manager involvement (when applicable) assist with planning onsite visits for field technicians
- Conduct post-mortem project review to discuss any issues that transpired during the build. Improve processes based on post-mortem outcomes and recommendations

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in project management
- Excellent Microsoft Office proficiency

**Preferred Qualifications/Skills**:

- Knowledge of SharePoint and MS Teams
- Knowledge of warehouse and sourcing inventory from a warehouse
- Experience in IC department a plus

Unique Requirements:

- PMP accreditation preferred
