Empiric is seeking a proficient IT Service Operations Lead to manage and enhance the IT service operations, ensuring top-notch service delivery. This position emphasizes IT Service Management (ITSM) and the provision of global workstation solutions, with a particular focus on Microsoft 365 and Azure Cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and refine service operations.
  • Manage identity governance and security protocols.
  • Lead a team of service analysts and external partners.
  • Guarantee worldwide workstation provisioning.

Technical Expertise:

  • Establish and uphold ITSM frameworks and best practices.
  • Administer and enhance Microsoft 365 and Azure Cloud infrastructures.
  • Offer guidance on technical security measures.
  • Collaborate with external technical specialists.

Vendor Management:

  • Engage with vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Oversee vendor contracts and relationships.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with service providers.
  • Ensure adherence to contractual obligations.

Global Delivery:

  • Standardize workstation solutions on a global scale.
  • Develop practices for global workstation management.

ITSM:

  • Implement ITSM best practices for effective service delivery.
  • Manage service requests, incidents, and changes efficiently.

Experience:

  • Demonstrated expertise in ITSM and service operations management.
  • Strong background in Microsoft 365, Azure Cloud, and technical security.
  • Experience in managing global workstation solutions.
  • Proficient in vendor management and contract negotiations.

Skills:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of ITSM frameworks and tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Azure Cloud technologies.
  • Leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in English (French language skills are a plus).
