The Position
We are seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Director to lead our global recruitment capabilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for attracting and selecting the best candidates at a global scale.
You will contribute to Excelya's ability to become the leader in its market by ensuring the quality of new hires and their alignment with our values. Supported by your teams, you will contribute to the best employee experience Excelya could offer.
Key Responsibilities
- Redesign and implement a new recruitment process at a global scale.
- Monitor the delivery of the recruitment team via KPIs.
- Build recruitment campaigns to anticipate future growth.
- Set up an advanced IT environment, including AI.
- Manage a global team of recruiters.
- Report to the CEO and Executive Committee about recruitment performance.
- Build and monitor your budget.
- Handle strategic recruitments.
Requirements
- 10 to 15 years' experience in recruitment, ideally in a service company, a consulting firm, or within the healthcare industry.
- At least one experience in a small or mid-size company.
Competencies
- Leadership (you have a vision and know how to convince your audience).
- Analytical skills.
- Process-oriented.
- Flexible and adaptable (you shall design a global strategy while implementing it in details).
- Synthetic (straightforward and efficient reporting to top management).
- International and digital communication.
Language
Fluent English (minimum C1 level).
Location
The job is based in Paris. If you are not located in Paris, you shall consider coming around 6 days per month to our Paris headquarters. This job is open to people based in Europe, being close to one of our offices is a real advantage.
