Global Sales Enablement Director

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Enablement Manager to join our global sales team. As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing a comprehensive sales enablement program that includes tools, processes, and programs. You will partner with Sales Leadership to identify knowledge and skills gaps across the company and conduct ongoing needs assessments. Your duties will also include overseeing all training programs, ensuring new employees receive proper training, and suggesting ideas to achieve company objectives through sales enablement and training.
Responsibilities- Design, build, and implement a comprehensive sales enablement program.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to identify knowledge and skills gaps and conduct ongoing needs assessments.
- Oversee all training programs and ensure new employees receive proper training.
- Suggest ideas to achieve company objectives through sales enablement and training.
- Craft and run sales enablement tools and enablement materials that support the sales force in their revenue-generating efforts.
- Identify and spotlight repeatable standard methodologies for rapid dissemination across the field.
- Proven work experience in sales enablement/training, ideally in the Fintech space.
- Extensive knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques.
- An ability to manage the full training cycle.
- Experience with learning management software.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Understanding of sales process, preferably within a SaaS company.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and team management skills.
- BSc degree.
- Additional certification in training is a plus.
