Your Role: Operations Director
As the Operations Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all aspects of the resort. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Developing and implementing operational strategies that align with the resort's overall objectives and brand standards.
- Managing performance issues within operational departments, including training, development, coaching, conducting performance evaluations, and resolving problems for team members and managers.
- Driving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure the achievement of operational excellence and financial targets.
- Reporting directly to the General Manager, providing regular updates on operational performance and initiatives.
Your Expertise:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with a proven track record in hospitality operations. Your qualifications should include:
- Minimum 3 years of operational management experience within the hospitality industry, preferably with a strong focus on food and beverage.
- A demonstrated history of success in achieving operational excellence and financial targets.
- Exceptional guest complaint handling skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent attention to detail and a hands-on approach to management.
- Fluency in English communication.
