We emphasize responsiveness and personal engagement to assist you in identifying the roles that align best with your skills across various sectors, including Construction, Public Works, Renovation, Landscaping, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, and Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver socio-educational assistance to residents on both individual and group levels
  • Facilitate collaboration among various stakeholders concerning the tailored projects of residents
  • Oversee the admission and discharge processes, including resident orientation
  • Ensure the safety of the site and individuals, as well as the efficient operation of the facility
  • Maintain the premises and manage procurement
  • Coordinate all parties involved in the initiative
  • Monitor and assess the project from inception to conclusion
  • Encourage and enhance site activities

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Social Work (DE ASS, CESF, ES)

Proven experience in overseeing a residential or supported living environment

Familiarity with underserved populations and mental health challenges
