Product Design Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Design Director to join our team at Dashlane. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design of our growth domain and driving the development of our core product.
As a Design Director at Dashlane, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our company and make a significant impact on our users' experiences. You will be responsible for managing a team of product designers, providing guidance on their output, and promoting an outstanding design practice.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in design management, experience with SaaS B2B product-led growth, and a passion for creating remarkable design experiences. If you have a diverse portfolio of work, experience synthesizing company-level goals, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities- Oversee design for the Growth domain
- Manage your team's career development and uphold Dashlane's high bar for quality
- Design modular, end-to-end onboarding and growth experiences
- Drive the core product's design and empower small- and medium-sized businesses
- Report directly to the Head of UX and partner with cross-functional peers
- ~5+ years experience in Design management
- Experience with SaaS B2B Product-led growth (PLG) or onboarding experience, new user experience optimization
- A diverse portfolio of work personally shipped and shipped, along with examples of work directed and delivered by your team
