Product Design Director

We're seeking a seasoned Design Director to lead our Growth domain and shape the future of Dashlane. As a key member of our design team, you will oversee design for our core product and empower small- and medium-sized businesses and their people.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee design for the Growth domain, driving modular, end-to-end onboarding and growth experiences.
- Manage your team's career development and uphold Dashlane's high bar for quality.
- Design and drive the core product's design, empowering small- and medium-sized businesses.
- Report directly to the Head of UX and partner with cross-functional peers.
- Lead a team and provide guidance on their output, promoting an outstanding design practice and influencing product strategy.
- ~5+ years experience in Design management.
- Experience with SaaS B2B Product-led growth (PLG) or onboarding experience, new user experience optimization.
- Experience managing product designers and the ability to build, mentor and motivate teams.
