MBDA recherche un Digital Learning Content Manager pour rejoindre son équipe de formation numérique. Ce poste est idéal pour les professionnels qui souhaitent développer leur carrière dans le domaine de la formation numérique et de la pédagogie.
Missions- Superviser la production de contenus de formation numérique
- Diriger et encadrer l'équipe de design et de production
- Élaborer et diffuser des processus, des guides et des bonnes pratiques
- Surveiller les indicateurs clés de performance (KPIs) liés à la production de contenus
- Gérer la relation avec les fournisseurs responsables de la production de contenus
- Assurer la qualité des productions internes et externes
- Participer à la gestion budgétaire des différents projets de formation numérique
- De formation Bac +5 et issu(e) d'un cursus Digital learning/Formation
- Expérience 5-7 ans dans des postes d'ingénieur Pédagogique, Digital Learning Manager ou Chef de projet Digital Learning
- Maitrise des logiciels graphiques/elearning type : Adobe, Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline), Vyond, Kumullus, Genially, Klaxoon
- Anglais courant
