We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Business Partner to join our team at Equativ. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting the People team in achieving our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Onboarding and Integration
- Design, implement, and continuously improve the onboarding program for new hires to ensure a smooth and positive integration experience.
- HR Analytics and Insights
- Prepare the monthly HR dashboard to provide insights into key HR metrics to our Employees and Investors.
- Analyze survey results and edit decks to support People Managers in gauging employee mood and engagement.
- Prepare quarterly performance review analyses.
- Calculate the gender equality index for France and other diversity metrics.
- Update the economic and social database and present it to our Works Council during the information on our HR ambition.
- Prepare key HR metrics for the Works Council.
- Compile and analyze learning data and import them in our LMS.
- Learning and Development
- Manage and promote our learning platforms and manage the quarterly campaigns.
- Assist in the coordination of the management training programs.
- Handle training requests and coordinate the logistics of training sessions.
- People Operations
- Assist our Payroll Manager with payroll-related tasks.
We are looking for a student from a business school or equivalent university, with a specialization in human resources. You should have already demonstrated excellent ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing (in French and English) and to evolve in a dynamic environment.
You should be familiar with Microsoft Office and Google suite, particularly Excel and Google sheet. You should be rigorous and organized, autonomous, adaptable, and have a sense of priorities.
You should wish to evolve in an international, multicultural environment, within a company culture focused on the well-being of employees.
