Job Title: Regional CRM Business Manager

At Alamarbio, we are seeking a highly skilled Regional CRM Business Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the life sciences market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to communicate customer needs and drive product development and market expansion.
  • Manage and drive the sales process within a complex sales environment, utilizing the CRM system to track and analyze sales performance.
  • Develop and deliver accurate sales forecasts for the sales territory, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Support the expansion of the commercial organization as needed, collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field, with an MBA or similar degree desired.
  • ~5+ years of proven life science capital sales experience and success.
