Job Title: Regional Business Development Manager

Location: Partially based in the Aimsun office in Paris, combined with remote working and the option of flexible hours.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Business Development Manager to join our team in France. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering Aimsun's France sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver the regional business development plan via short-, medium-, and long-term initiatives.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute the approved Regional Business Development Plan.
  • Ensure Aimsun's sales pipeline and revenue forecasts (Salesforce) are current and accurate.
  • Develop and maintain contact lists and leads records (Salesforce).
  • Support the Global Head of Business Development in global initiatives.
  • Lead CRM initiatives.
  • Manage Business Development assistant with high levels of integrity, as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Engineering schools.
  • ~ 10+ years of business development experience with proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • ~ Experience in the B2B French market (transportation & logistics market).
  • ~ Experience with local public communities (this is an advantage).
  • ~ Sales exposure to new technologies (software/consulting/professional services), ITS solutions or Aimsun software solutions.
  • ~ Proficiency in public authority tendering and procurement processes.
  • ~ Ability to undertake detailed and accurate analysis of market data and to synthesise and justify strategies and solutions that will be of economic benefit to the company.
  • ~ Strong professional and academic network and a solid reputation in the transportation & logistics industry.
  • ~ Total professional competence in French and English, written and spoken.
