Regional Demand Planning Assistant EMEA

We are seeking a Regional Demand Planning Assistant EMEA to support our Demand Planning Department on Estee Lauder and Origins. This 6-month internship will be based in our EMEA offices in the Paris area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce accurate sales forecasts for one brand from our portfolio.
  • Collaborate with regional and affiliate marketing teams to maintain forecast of New Product Launches.
  • Conduct monthly KPI analysis to identify root causes of forecast variance and undertake corrective actions.
  • Manage master data to reflect life cycles of products.
  • Support the Regional Demand Planning Lead on S&OP meetings preparation.
Requirements:
  • Student of engineering or business school, or 3rd cycle with supply chain specialization.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Access or SAP.
  • Proficiency in English, able to follow English-language meetings and phone calls.
