Job Overview

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability targets for key accounts and partners. He/She will define strategies per account in collaboration with Sales Managers, Marketing Manager, and General Manager, and ensure the successful implementation of account plans.

The KAM will interact directly with key customers and decision-makers, as well as collaborate with colleagues from other departments to provide market transparency and drive funnel and forecast processes.

He/She will apply corporate sales methodologies and require strong leadership, accountability, collaboration, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement sales strategies per account
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers, Marketing Manager, and General Manager to ensure successful implementation of account plans
  • Interact directly with key customers and decision-makers
  • Provide market transparency and drive funnel and forecast processes
  • Apply corporate sales methodologies
