Key Responsibilities:


  • Interpret multiple data sources to provide metrics on sales productivity and market share through PBI reporting.
  • Collate data from diverse sources and aggregate (ETL) processes.
  • Work closely with Global Business Services to ensure timely and accurate data processing, reflected in Power BI Reporting dashboards.
  • Support changes to reporting, including the development of dashboards, in collaboration with the Insights team, Business Partners and SFE Director.
  • Enable business ownership and self-service of reporting through training.
  • Support the process of producing sales data for incentive plans.
  • Set and sense-check sales force targets.
  • Measure and track sales force performance in sales and activity.
  • Produce performance vs target reports for Finance to complete payment.
  • Support reporting and insights into Global.


Requirements:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual with a strong background in commercial finance or customer insights and/or commercial business intelligence. A proven ability to build on commercial acumen to support the business is essential. Experience in Med Tech or Pharma is desirable, as well as local databases (GERS, IQVIA, PMSI, etc.). High proficiency and experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Qlickview or Tableau is required. Experience with MS Dynamics or other CRM platforms is advantageous. Awareness of common data quality issues and ways to resolve them is also essential.
