Commercial Excellence Business Partner

This is a Commercial Excellence Business Partner position within the France region, presenting an exciting opportunity to make your mark as a strong Commercial Business Partner with focus on all Business units. You will have autonomy to shape best practice by reviewing current processes and introduce efficiencies which will feed into the Global SFE model in line with a strong team's culture. You will support the other Business Partners in the France team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interpreting multiple data sources to provide metrics on sales productivity and market share through PBI Reporting
• Collating data from heterogeneous sources and aggregating (ETL) processes
• Working closely with Global Business Services to ensure the processing of data on a timely basis ensuring high quality and accuracy reflected into Power BI Reporting dashboards
• Work with Insights team, Business Partners and SFE Director to support changes to reporting, including development of dashboards
• Enable business ownership and self-service of reporting once dashboards are delivered through training
Requirements:
• Commercial Finance experience or Up to 4 years or more experience in customer insights and/or commercial business Intelligence
• Experience in Med Tech or Pharma desirable and local databases would be a plus (GERS, IQVIA, PMSI etc)
• High proficiency and experience with Business Intelligence tool such as Power BI, Qlickview or Tableau
• Experience with MS Dynamics or other CRM platforms advantageous Awareness of common data quality issues and ways to resolve them
Travel Requirements:
Small amount of travel for business meetings
Language:
Fluency in French is mandatory as it is the primary language
English fluency is essential due to substantial interaction with Global & International teams
