Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner Manufacturing

McCain Foods Limited is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner Manufacturing to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for our manufacturing operations in France.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, HRBPs, and Plant Leadership to ensure a smooth recruitment process
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager Manufacturing CE to drive automation and digital transformation in the recruitment process
  • Provide guidance on market data, assessment techniques, and candidate profiles to ensure high-quality hires
  • Ensure process compliance and accurate reporting across users

Requirements:
  • Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken)
  • Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
