Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner for Manufacturing to join our team in Villeneuve-d'Ascq, France. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition organization, you will collaborate with Hiring Managers in Manufacturing to identify, attract, and hire top talent for McCain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines across different business areas.
  • Deliver exceptional candidate and Hiring Manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on the recruitment process, market data, and assessment techniques.
  • Use analytics to track relevant metrics and improve the end-to-end recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Specialist knowledge in Talent Acquisition working with complex roles as a recruiter and/or sourcer.
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of recruitment systems and tools.
