Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner for our Manufacturing team in Continental Europe. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition organization, you will collaborate with Hiring Managers to identify, attract, and hire top talent for McCain Foods Limited. Your expertise will be crucial in determining job requirements and hiring processes to ensure a successful search for qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to engage and recruit top talent, including direct and internal sourcing, referrals, job boards, and career sites.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines and candidate pools across different business areas, leveraging tools, events, and talent brand activities.
- Deliver exceptional candidate and Hiring Manager experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and communication.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on the recruitment process, market data, assessment techniques, candidate profiles, and onboarding.
- Use analytics to track relevant metrics and contribute to improving the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date on recruitment trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
- Execute assessment tools and techniques to improve the quality of hire.
- Partner with HRBPs, Plant HR, and Plant Leadership to proactively build hiring plans based on data, trends, and market intelligence.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment in a corporate or agency environment, with specialist knowledge in Talent Acquisition.
- Experience as a recruiter within a Manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Strong sourcing and networking skills.
- High degree of self-management, autonomy, and initiative-taking attitude.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Advanced knowledge of recruitment systems and tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
