Job Overview

The AP-HP is seeking a skilled Laboratory Technician in Immunology and Histocompatibility to join our team at the Saint-Louis Hospital in Paris. As a key member of our BiogeM department, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of histocompatibility tests in the context of organ transplantation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and process biological samples and perform pre-analytical manipulations as needed
  • Prepare equipment, perform maintenance, and conduct internal quality control, participating in external evaluation programs
  • Conduct analyses and validate results
  • Manage the bioarchive and archive results, work sheets, and quality control results

Additional Tasks

  • Participate in order management and stock follow-up
  • Attend training sessions based on evaluation conclusions
  • Accompany and train interns
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of the laboratory (reading, writing, and revising quality documents)

Requirements

  • Hold a diploma in laboratory technician (Arrêté du 15 juin relatif aux titres ou diplômes exigés pour l'accès aux concours sur titres de technicien de laboratoire de la fonction publique hospitalière)
  • Be serious, professional, and respectful of confidentiality
  • Be able to adapt to technological and organizational changes
