Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Immunology Laboratory Technician to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of medical samples for a wide range of diagnostic purposes.

  • Laboratory Operations: Implement cutting-edge technologies for medical biology examinations, encompassing prevention, screening, diagnosis, and treatment monitoring.
  • Sample Handling: Perform blood sample collection procedures with precision and care. Receive, meticulously record, and process incoming samples according to established protocols.
  • Analysis and Testing: Conduct a variety of medical biology examinations and analyses, adhering to strict quality control standards. Ensure the proper functioning of laboratory equipment and instruments.
  • Quality Assurance: Participate actively in result validation processes to guarantee accuracy and reliability. Manage laboratory supplies and inventory effectively.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to quality control and risk prevention measures within the laboratory environment. Engage in quality initiatives and training programs to enhance professional skills.
  • Research and Development: Conduct specialized analyses as required, staying abreast of advancements in the field. Participate in research activities and contribute to the development of new techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret medical biology exam results with accuracy.
  • Proven experience in managing laboratory equipment, supplies, and inventory effectively.
  • Strong understanding and implementation of quality, hygiene, and safety principles within a laboratory setting.
  • Proficiency in utilizing computer tools for data management and analysis.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
