Operations Coordinator for AXA Research Fund

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team at AXA Research Fund. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of our digital communication strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the creation of an interactive platform to search projects with data visualization on the website by enhancing Website Search Engine Functionality
  • Collaborate with the team and external providers on UX/UI enhancements
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data presented
  • Coordinate with relevant providers to successfully integrate the tool into the AXA Research Fund website
  • Create related guidelines and build a communication plan to ensure the promotion and adoption of the new tool by our users
  • Support the operations of communication of the AXA Research Fund, including the production and promotion of outcome reports, expert content, and digital communication campaigns
  • Engage our scientific community to adopt the new search engine of the website and feed us with the content of their research to further our operations of communication with a broader external audience
