About the Position

We are seeking a results-oriented and commercially savvy leader to enhance our financial performance by crafting a unified commercial strategy that you will spearhead.

In collaboration with the Customer Marketing Director for the South West region (covering France, Belgium, Italy, Spain, and Portugal), you will oversee the role and its functions, aiming to implement best practices and scalable models to meet revenue objectives and initiatives across key countries in the South West, with a particular emphasis on the French market. You will manage a team of three net revenue managers located in France, Spain, and Italy.

This dynamic role places you at the core of the organization, offering a platform to demonstrate your capabilities and advance your career within Essity.

Key Responsibilities

You will leverage market insights, analytical data, financial metrics, and scenario analysis to formulate strategies that impact critical areas of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) including Pricing, Promotions, PPA, Product Mix, and Trade Spend Efficiency. Achieving this will require you to cultivate strong partnerships with cross-functional teams, utilizing existing expertise from sales, marketing, and finance to inform decisions and monitor success.

Your ability to lead change management initiatives across sales, marketing, and finance will be crucial in fostering a revenue management culture and integrating strategies into standard operational practices.

Candidate Profile:

To qualify for this position, you should possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Net Revenue Management (NRM), Marketing Strategy & Planning (MS&P), Commercial Excellence, Sales, Finance, or Customer Marketing within the FMCG sector.
  • A proven track record of delivering results in a matrix organization with cross-functional teams, supported by a strong ability to build relationships and navigate complex decision-making processes.
  • Robust commercial acumen and analytical capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, particularly in complex scenarios involving multiple stakeholders and senior management.
  • A principled and assertive approach.
