The Global Enterprise Transformation (GET) program is a strategic effort to enhance and standardize our ERP systems, driving efficiency and integration across the organization. This program is a top priority for ENGIE, supported by our Executive Committee.
We are seeking an IT Solution Specialist in SAP Maintenance & Inventory to contribute to this significant global transformation. In this role, you will engage with Business Modules projects within the GET program, collaborating closely with Business and IT Program Directors to ensure successful delivery of project objectives regarding timelines, quality, and budget.
Your Responsibilities
As an SAP Maintenance and Inventory Specialist, you will oversee and enhance the maintenance and inventory operations within our organization. Your collaboration with technical teams, supply chain managers, and end-users will be crucial for maintaining efficient and reliable processes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading design workshops with project teams, providing functional and methodological insights, and assisting the business in optimizing operational processes.
- Preparing essential deliverables such as functional and technical specifications and operational procedures.
- Reporting to management and coordinating with various project stakeholders, including technicians and IT experts.
- Configuring and customizing SAP for the Maintenance & Inventory modules, handling both functional and technical aspects, and ensuring data integrity.
- Monitoring changes in SAP organizational structures and adapting to new regulations related to maintenance and inventory.
- Participating in cross-functional project meetings to foster an integrated approach to business process management.
- Working effectively within matrix and cross-functional teams.
Essential: Strong knowledge of SAP modules PM (Plant Maintenance) and MM (Material Management) relevant to implementation or application maintenance projects; familiarity with maintenance and logistics processes; cross-functional knowledge of SAP modules is advantageous.
Essential: Proficiency in English.
- Experience in project management environments.
- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues using SAP functionalities.
- Exceptional written communication skills for clear and effective deliverables.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
