Anaplan is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the implementation of our planning solutions for strategic accounts. As a key member of our team, you will guide customers and lead blended delivery teams to deploy Anaplan solutions efficiently and effectively.

Your Impact
  • Develop and execute implementation plans to ensure successful deployment of Anaplan solutions.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Lead blended delivery teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of Anaplan solutions.
  • Provide regular insights and updates to internal leadership teams on project progress and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure long-term success.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of driving customer success in complex customer environments.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and work with the team to translate those into simple, usable, yet high-value solutions.
  • Experience in enterprise performance management and ability to partner with account executives, solution architects, and customer success leadership.
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Master's degree or higher in a related field.
  • Experience implementing Enterprise Performance Management solutions.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills.
  • Knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology – requirements gathering, design, build/test, and deploy (Agile methodology preferable).
