Regulatory Affairs Manager for Business Divisions Cleaning Specialties, Personal Care, and Paints & Coatings
The main goal of this position is to guarantee adherence to regulatory standards across Europe, the UK, the US, and Asia, while keeping project data files current to satisfy local regulations for polymer products.
Core Responsibilities:
- Draft comprehensive statements regarding the company's chemical safety stance and regulatory obligations.
- Compile, manage, and supervise safety data sheets.
- Document the registration of formulations on national inventories.
- Facilitate the registration of new substances in collaboration with local partners.
- Inform the management team about new legislative developments.
- Ensure that raw materials are selected in accordance with regulatory standards, supported by updated documentation.
- Provide assistance to technical and sales teams across all Zschimmer&Schwarz locations.
- Conduct necessary training sessions for colleagues.
Qualifications:
• A Master's degree or higher in chemistry or a related field
• In-depth understanding of regulatory standards in the polymers sector
• Strong technical and scientific capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Self-motivated and organized; adept at managing and prioritizing a substantial personal workload.
• Experience working within an international team environment.
• Proficiency in English and French; German is an advantage.
• Encourages collaboration and knowledge sharing among team members.
