Global Process Owner

You are invited to apply for the position of Global Process Owner, where you will be responsible for leading the overall strategy, design, policies, and transformation of settlement processes in the Equity, Fixed Income & Commodities team at GMO (Global Markets Operations).
Your daily duties will include:
- Defining and validating the target process design and best practices in liaison with stakeholders in all business lines;
- Defining and implementing reliable and relevant indicators that will enable the performance and risks of different processes to be managed;
- Leading the macro settlement process for all GMO in France and internationally.
You will work in an international environment, in a community of experts that puts excellence, impact, and collective action at the heart of everything it does.
This position is based in Charenton-Le-Pont with the possibility of teleworking.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

You have significant experience in process evaluation and project management.
You are familiar with:
• Global Markets Operations processes and tools (Summit, Sophis, Murex, and/or Calypso)
• Securities and Cash settlement issues;
• The different financial instruments and means of payment used for capital markets activities.
You have an excellent relationship, a very good listening ability, you are:
• Organized and proactive;
• Known for your communication skills.
You master English with a C1 level.
