Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health Club Supervisor to join our team at Sofitel Al Hamra Beach Resort. As a Health Club Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fitness center, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Services: Provide a warm welcome to all guests and ensure that they enjoy their stay. Offer assistance with inquiries or wanting to use the facilities, respecting hotel standards and procedures.
- Facility Maintenance: Ensure the fitness center is clean and well-maintained, and report any equipment malfunctions to the Assistant Manager.
- Program Development: Implement fitness programs and assessment procedures, and participate in all trainings organized by Sofitel.
- Customer Service: Assist clients in all aspects regarding their exercise regimen, provide complete information about the appropriate exercises, proper execution, health advice, and nutrition.
- Team Management: Oversea the operation when supervisors are not present, and ensure that all team members are aware of and report all guest comments or complaints.
- Compliance: Comply and reinforce the safety regulations and procedures of the hotel, and be fully conversant with first aid.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of fitness programs and equipment.
Working Conditions:
The Health Club Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interactions with guests and team members. The role requires flexibility with working hours and the ability to work in a team environment.
