Job Title: Kids' Club Supervisor

At Accor, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kids' Club Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our children's services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Kids' Club, providing exceptional care and supervision to our young guests, and contributing to the overall success of our resort.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage the daily activities of the Kids' Club, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for children.
  • Develop and implement engaging programs and activities that cater to the needs and interests of children aged [insert age range].
  • Lead a team of staff members, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality care.
  • Manage the Kids' Club budget, tracking expenses and revenue to ensure financial sustainability.
  • Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute special events, such as birthday parties and holiday celebrations.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, addressing concerns and providing updates on their child's activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as early childhood education or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a children's services or education setting.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • CPR and First Aid certification required.
Working Conditions:

The Kids' Club Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with children, parents, and staff members on a daily basis. The role requires frequent standing, walking, and lifting, as well as occasional bending and kneeling. The successful candidate must be able to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

Hourly Rate: $25.89 USD Gross per hour
