Health Club Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health Club Manager to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the overall management of our health club, including the development and implementation of a membership growth strategy, management of customer feedback, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Membership Growth Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive membership growth strategy, covering sales, marketing, and retention, to deliver volume and income growth against ambitious targets.
- Membership Operations: Ensure the effective operation of residence memberships and other membership programs, including maintaining all membership databases and ensuring timely renewal.
- Customer Service: Ensure that the membership team provides excellent customer service throughout the entire guest experience, including responding to customer feedback and ensuring continuous service and program improvement.
- Fitness Programs: Promote and organize fitness programs and activities for in-house guests/members and group guests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Team Management: Instill brand values and standards to maintain quality on a daily basis, ensuring that all team members provide friendly and consistent personalized service to customers and guests.
- Department Security: Maintain awareness of department security related to cash, stock, and equipment, ensuring that all department procedures are followed.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and club rules, observing by members, clients, and guests.
- Passion for Wellness: A genuine passion for wellness and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in a luxury environment, preferably in a health club or fitness center.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Flexibility: Ability to be flexible and work well under pressure in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Computer Literacy: Computer literacy in Office, Word, Excel, and other relevant software.
