Reporting directly to the Chief People & Transformation Officer with a dotted line to the CEO, the Chief of Staff enhances the effectiveness and productivity of Quadient's CEO office by providing strategic, facilitative, and operational support.

The Chief of Staff will partner closely with the CEO daily on strategic initiatives and manage the execution of projects and tasks across all facets of business strategy and operations, including day-to-day management, stakeholder engagement, strategic initiatives, board engagement, and oversight of deadlines.

This senior-leadership role drives a strong, cross-departmental culture of accountability, shapes and manages the agenda of Quadient's C-suite leadership meetings, and leads thinking on systems and checkpoints required to maintain and track strong performance throughout our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform complex ad-hoc analyses and present recommendations to the CEO, CTO, and/or wider management.
  • Drive a strong, cross-departmental culture of accountability.
  • Shape and manage the agenda of Quadient's C-suite leadership meetings.
  • Lead thinking on systems and checkpoints required to maintain and track strong performance.

Requirements:

  • English and French fluency is mandatory.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong Excel skills.
