Position Overview
At SEGULA Technologies, a rapidly growing global engineering firm, we are seeking a skilled professional in fire safety to enhance our project teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safety and compliance of our engineering projects, where innovation and safety are paramount.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting assessments of existing facilities and providing tailored safety recommendations based on project requirements.
- Assisting in the formulation of project plans, particularly during the design stages.
- Contributing to the review and development of documentation produced by engineering partners.
- Participating in the creation of safety guidelines for administrative processes and operational safety protocols during project initiation.
- Leading collaborative groups and contributing to the formulation of policies regarding fire risk management.
- Offering technical, regulatory, and normative support in fire safety matters as needed.
- Ensuring comprehensive reporting on departmental activities and initiatives.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in fire safety and have a minimum of five years of relevant experience.
Essential Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of fire safety regulations (SIAP 3 or CSSI).
- Familiarity with APSAD standards is a plus.
- Proven ability to facilitate meetings with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional writing and documentation skills.
- Strong observational, analytical, and synthesis capabilities.
- Methodical, detail-oriented, and organized approach to work.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
