EssenceMediacom is seeking a Client Lead - Business Partner média | F/H (CDI) to join our team. As a key member of our agency, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
Missions :
- Partenaire stratégique des clients : You will identify client needs, ambitions, and objectives, and develop tailored proposals to meet their requirements.
- Gestion de compte : You will manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships.
- Stratégie média : You will oversee media strategy development, leveraging internal resources and market trends to deliver innovative solutions.
- Croissance de l'activité : You will identify growth opportunities, upsell, and cross-sell, and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth.
- Gestion de projet : You will lead project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timely and budget-friendly results.
- Analyse des performances : You will ensure optimal performance measurement, using tools and quality reporting to drive business growth.
- Veille concurrentielle : You will stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and competitor actions to advise clients on best practices and innovations.
- Gestion d'équipe : You will manage a team of up to 3 people, including Account Directors, Account Managers, and Account Executives.
Compétences requises :
- 10 ans minimum en agence média ou digitale ou double casquette agence/régie, agence/annonceur.
- Capacité à aller sur des sujets de transformation, innovation média
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relation client.
- Maîtrise de l'écosystème médiatique Français avec une bonne culture digitale.
- Expérience en stratégies média
- Compréhension des indicateurs de performance.
- Anglais pro impératif.
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et à collaborer avec différents départements.
- Capacité à gérer des clients et budgets d'envergure et plusieurs projets simultanément.
- Esprit analytique et capacité à tirer des enseignements des données.
- Connaissance des dernières tendances en média.
