About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Lead - Business Partner to join our team at GroupM. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and transformation through strategic partnerships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and develop strategic partnerships with clients to drive business growth and transformation.
  • Client Management: Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Media Strategy: Develop and implement innovative media strategies to drive client business objectives.
  • Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to drive revenue growth.
  • Project Management: Lead project teams to deliver high-quality campaigns and ensure timely delivery.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to clients to optimize their media spend.
  • Competitor Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to provide strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Team Management: Manage a team of account directors, account managers, and account executives to ensure seamless client delivery.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in media or digital agencies or double casquette agence/régie, agence/annonceur.
  • Ability to drive business transformation and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • Strong understanding of the French media ecosystem and digital culture.
  • Experience in media strategies and performance indicators.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with various departments.
  • Ability to manage large clients and budgets, as well as multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to draw insights from data.
  • Knowledge of the latest media trends.
