Job Title: Senior Sales Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Account Manager to join our team at Freshworks. As a Senior Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales into existing defined accounts in the French market. Your accounts will all have strategic importance to the growth of the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute plans for your accounts, and then exceed your sales goals through stakeholder mapping, prospecting, qualifying, and closing opportunities
  • Grow, manage, and track customer contact and install base within your accounts
  • Act as a guide and strategic partner to your accounts by becoming intimately knowledgeable about their key business challenges
  • Partner closely with Customers Success Managers on your accounts in the 'Pod' structure with a focus on both retention and growth of customer portfolio
  • Use resources effectively, including SDR, Pre-Sales, Support, Project Managers, and Product Marketing Managers to meet your sales goals
  • Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecasting
  • Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, and products

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of sales experience; preferably in an Account Manager role in a high-velocity software sales environment
  • Domain knowledge in the field of SaaS, CSM, CRM, or ITSM is advantageous
  • Fluent in English and French languages are must
