Job Title: Senior Sales Manager - Major Accounts
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager to lead our Major Accounts team in France. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving direct sales engagements into specific Major Accounts, creating and implementing account plans, and developing executive relationships with key buyers and influencers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate business opportunities and manage the sales process through to closure of the sale.
- Manage a team of senior Sales Managers to achieve agreed quarterly sales goals.
- Generate a sales pipeline, qualifying opportunities, and accurately forecast pipeline.
- Negotiate terms of business with clients to achieve win/win results that provide the basis for strong ongoing relationships.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to sell solutions to Mobile SP and Top MSSP accounts.
- A proven track record of quota achievement and demonstrated career stability.
- Experience in closing large deals.
- Excellent presentation skills to executives & individual contributors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A self-motivated, independent thinker that can move deals through the selling cycle.
- Minimum 5 years sales experience selling into the Large Enterprise space.
- Minimum 3 years selling network security products and services with an understanding of Security in a Mobile Networks and in MSSP.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a management position with direct reports.
Education:
BS or equivalent experience, graduate degree preferred.
